
A lot of people got the same idea I did when I first played Wii. This isn't just fun, its almost exercise!

So inspired by the big guy at WiiWeightLossPlan.com, I'm gonna start using the system how I orignally hoped.
This is all a part of my healthier lifestyle. Eating less, sometimes eating healthier, riding my new bike.
Check out my progress to the right and more posts will be on their way. I'm burnt out with work this week, and my side work is gonna stress me out as well, but oh well. The exercise might help counter that a bit.
